Cindy and Rus

Russ, now in his 70's (?) is a disabled Veteran.
He had his leg crushed by an 18 wheeled truck when he was in the service.

Until Katrina he had been working at a nearby Casino Resort.
Now, 9 months later the resort had just reopened and he was working again.
