Gutted

This is what the inside of the houses look like if you are lucky.

All internal walls, flooring, plumbing and wiring have been removed and are being replaced.

Remember that after the interior of this home was submerged in chemical filled, salt water,
it sat like that in 90+ degrees and high humidity for at least a week (often much longer)
before any power was available to try and dry it out.
Mold just absolutely thrived in those conditions.
