Pearce

Imagine that you woke up one morning and found out that you had become
a construction supervisor for an ever changing crew of well meaning but questionably trained people.

This is Pearce.

The crews come in and about the time they achieve a level of competency and efficiency,
they go back home and he gets another fresh batch.

Day in day out he assesses homes, figures out what's needed and then assigns crews.

We get all excited when we complete a house but for him there is ALWAYS another house.
