Roof repair

Russ and Pete tarp the roof of a State Policeman. Who is that hidding in the back there?
Interesting note - Storm winds apparently blew into the vent just below where these guys are working
and overpressured the attic. The result was that the sheetrock ceiling of the garage on the other end
of the house was blown downward.
